Artist cards and detail pages are Sanity-ready, but the build stays stable with local mock data while the CMS is still being wired up.

Simple public site, realistic backend path
Public website
Pages are mostly static and content-first, which keeps the frontend fast and keeps Sanity fetches limited to build time for published pages.
Submission workflow
The application route already validates form data and file metadata so R2 upload and Airtable record creation can be slotted in without rewriting the frontend.
